ADDEBITI / CHARGE

• CARBURANTE MANCANTE E SERVIZIO DI RIFORNIMENTO: il carburante mancante verrà addebitato al Cliente insieme al costo fisso di 16,00€ per il servizio di rifornimento;
• SMARRIMENTO/ROTTURA CHIAVI CODIFICATE: da 300,00€;
• CONSEGNA A DOMICILIO DOPPIONE CHIAVI: da 50,00 e 250,00€;
• SMARRIMENTO TARGA E DOCUMENTAZIONE VEICOLO: 300,00€;
• LAVAGGIO INTERNO/ESTERNO: per veicoli troppo sporchi da 30,00€;
• LAVAGGIO INTERNO/ESTERNO E SANIFICAZIONE: per veicoli con tracce di peli animali, tracce organiche, cibo, e odore di fumo da 100,00€;
• SOCCORSO STRADALE per incuria, dolo, mancato rispetto del codice della strada: a partire da 150,00€;
• CLASSIFICAZIONE DANNI: Non è possibile fornire un elenco dettagliato dei danni specificiche possono verificarsi durante il noleggio di un veicolo. I danni possono includere qualsiasi evento improvviso: involontario, vandalico, da parte di ignoti e sia all'interno che all'esterno del veicolo. Se un danno si verifica durante il periodo di noleggio, verrà verificato il giorno della restituzione del veicolo e solo a quel punto verrà addebitato il costo di riparazione applicabile.
• FRANCHIGIA DANNI: concordata durante la fase di prenotazione o di ritiro del veicolo;
• FRANCHIGIA INCENDIO, FURTO E CRISTALLI: concordata durante la fase di prenotazione o di ritiro del veicolo;
• DANNEGGIAMENTO E ATTI VANDALICI: il danneggiamento a seguito di tentato furto/ furto o atti vandalici è a carico del cliente per l'importo della franchigia (a patto che il veicolo fosse regolarmente chiuso al momento dell'effrazione, in caso contrario il danno dovrà essere risarcito interamente);
• ROTTURA/SMARRIMENTO tettuccio, tettuccio apribile, macchie sedili, strappi tessuto sedili, danni abitacolo, coppa dell'olio, pneumatici, danni carrozzeria. cerchi e copriruote, kit riparazione pneumatici/ruota di scorta, triangolo: visionabili nelle tabelle in sede e regolati dalle franchigie a carico del cliente;
• CONTRAVVENZIONI/MULTE E VERBALI
• VARIE ED EVENTUALI non espressamente indicate sopra.

• MISSING FUEL AND REFUELLING SERVICE: the missing fuel will be charged to the Customer together with the fixed cost of €16.00 for the refueling service;
• LOSS/BREAKAGE OF CODED KEYS: from €300.00;
• HOME DELIVERY OF DOUBLE KEYS: from €50.00 and €250.00;
• LOSS OF LICENSE PLATE AND VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION: €300.00;
• INTERNAL/EXTERNAL WASHING: for vehicles that are too dirty from €30.00;
• INTERNAL/EXTERNAL WASHING AND SANITIZATION: for vehicles with traces of animal hair, organic traces, food, and the smell of smoke from €100.00;
• ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE for negligence, fraud, failure to comply with the highway code: starting from €150.00;
• DAMAGE CLASSIFICATION: It is not possible to provide a detailed list of specific damages that may occur during a vehicle rental. Damage may include any unexpected event: involuntary, vandalism, or by unknown persons, both inside and outside the vehicle. If damage occurs during the rental period, it will be verified on the day the vehicle is returned, and only then will the applicable repair cost be charged.
• DAMAGE EXCESS: agreed upon during the booking or vehicle pick-up phase;
• FIRE, THEFT, AND GLASS EXCESS: agreed upon during the booking or vehicle pick-up phase;
• DAMAGE AND VANDALISM: Damage resulting from attempted theft/theft or vandalism will be borne by the customer up to the amount of the deductible (provided that the vehicle was properly locked at the time of the break-in, otherwise the damage will be reimbursed in full);
• BREAKAGE/LOSS of roof, sunroof, seat stains, seat fabric tears, damage to passenger compartment, oil pan, tyres, bodywork damage. rims and wheel covers, tyre/spare wheel repair kit, warning triangle: can be viewed in the tables on site and regulated by the excesses paid by the customer;

SUPPLEMENTI E OPTIONALS:

• GIOVANE GUIDA (dai 21 ai 24 anni o con almeno due anni di patente): supplemento giornaliero di 15,00€;
• OVER 75 (dai 75 agli 85 anni): supplemento giornaliero di 15,00€;
• NAVIGATORE SATELLITARE: 35,00€ a noleggio;
• SEGGIOLINO/RIALZO per bambini: gruppo 0 (navicella 0-9 mesi) 35,00€; gruppo 0+ (ovetto 0-15 mesi) 35,00€; gruppo 1 (seggiolino 9 mesi-5 anni) 35,00€; gruppo 2 (rialzo con schienale 4-6 anni) 35,00€; gruppo 3 (rialzo senza schienale 6-12 anni) 35,00€. I bambini potranno viaggiare senza seggiolino e con la cintira di sicurezza una volta raggiunta l'altezza di 150 cm (approssimativamente 12 anni). Tali dispositivi di sicurezza verranno da noi consegnati previa prenotazione ma in nessun modo verranno montati all'interno del veicolo, per cui il cliente dovrà procedere autonomamente e sotto la propria responsabilità;
• CONSEGNA FUORI SEDE (CFS): i nostri veicoli potranno essere riconsegnati in tutta la Sardegna, previa prenotazione. I costi di tale servizio variano tra i 25,00€ e i 250,00€; 
• CONSEGNA FUORI ORARIO (CFO): da 50,00€;
• CONSEGNA GIORNO FESTIVO (CGF): da 50,00€;
• SECONDA GUIDA: supplemento giormaliero di 6,00€;
• CATENE DA NEVE: da 20,00€ a noleggio;
• BORSE LATERALI/BAULETTI per scooter e moto: da 35,00€ a noleggio;
• VARIE ED EVENTUALI non espressamente indicate sopra.

• YOUNG DRIVER (21 to 24 years old or with at least two years of driving license): daily supplement of €15.00;
• OVER 75 (75 to 85 years old): daily supplement of €15.00;
• SATELLITE NAVIGATOR: €35.00 per rental;
• CHILD SEAT/BOOSTERS: group 0 (carrycot 0-9 months) €35.00; group 0+ (car seat 0-15 months) €35.00; group 1 (car seat 9 months-5 years) €35.00; group 2 (booster with backrest 4-6 years) €35.00; group 3 (booster without backrest 6-12 years) €35.00. Children can travel without a child seat and with a seat belt once they reach a height of 150 cm (approximately 12 years). These safety devices will be delivered by us upon reservation but will not be mounted inside the vehicle under any circumstances, so the customer must proceed independently and under his own responsibility;
• OUT OF SITE DELIVERY (CFS): our vehicles can be returned throughout Sardinia, upon reservation. The costs of this service vary between €25.00 and €250.00;
• OUT OF HOURS DELIVERY (CFO): from €50.00;
• HOLIDAY DELIVERY (CGF): from €50.00;
• SECOND DRIVERS: daily supplement of €6.00;
• SNOW CHAINS: from €20.00 per rental;
