Incidenti, sinistri e danni              (Accidents, claims and damages)

Qualora si verifichi un incidente, il cliente è tenuto a informare immediatamente l'AUTONOLEGGIO MUREDDU telefonicamente, trasmettendo entro e non oltre 24 ore il resoconto dettagliato del sinistro e il modello CID compilato in tutte le sue parti sia in caso di propria che altrui responsabilità. Il Cliente è tenuto ad attenersi alle istruzioni della ditta noleggiatrice e a non lasciare il veicolo incustodito e senza adeguata salvaguardia. In caso di colpa del Cliente, il deposito cauzionale sarà trattenuto dall'AUTONOLEGGIO MUREDDU fino a quando non sarà possibile quantificare i danni.

If an accident occurs, the customer must immediately inform the MUREDDU AUTONOLEGGIO by telephone, transmitting within and no later than 24 hours the detailed report of the accident and the CID model filled out in all its parts both in case of liability and not. The Customer is obliged to follow the instructions of the rental company and not to leave the vehicle unattended and without adequate protection. In case of fault of the Customer, the security deposit will be retained by the AUTONOLEGGIO MUREDDU until it is possible to quantify the damages.
