Furto e incendio (Theft and fire)
In caso di furto e incendio del veicolo noleggiato, il Cliente si obbliga a denunciare il fatto all'autorità competente e a consegnare all'AUTONOLEGGIO MUREDDU la copia originale della denuncia unitamente alle chiavi dello stesso veicolo. In caso di mancato adempimento a questi obblighi, sarà facoltà dell'azienda esigere dal Cliente il pagamento di una somma pari all'intero valore del veicolo.
In the event of theft and fire of the rented vehicle, the Customer undertakes to report the fact to the competent authority and to deliver the original copy of the report to the AUTUROLEGGIO MUREDDU together with the keys of the same vehicle. In the event of failure to comply with these obligations, the company will be entitled to demand the payment of a sum equal to the entire value of the vehicle from the Customer.
