Utilizzo del veicolo                                (Use of the vehicle)

Il Cliente dovrà utilizzare l'autoveicolo in locazione senza cederlo ad altri. Sarà possibile autorizzare un secondo guidatore previa comunicazione alla ditta noleggiatrice all'atto nel ritiro del mezzo. Il veicolo non potrà essere utilizzato per competizioni, in sovraccarico di persone o bagagli e non dovrà essere guidato dopo l'assunzione di alcolici o sostanze stupefacenti. Il Cliente sarà responsabile di atteggiamenti non consoni stabiliti dalle norme vigenti e sarà completamente responsabile in caso di violazioni del codice della strada e si impegna a risarcire l'ammontare delle eventuali contravvenzioni e/o ogni altro addebito relativo. A tal proposito, il Cliente autorizza l'AUTONOLEGGIO MUREDDU ad incassare eventuali somme anche successivamente alla restituzione del veicolo attraverso la carta di credito presentata dal Cliente.
