Per richiedere un preventivo è necessario inviare una mail al nostro indirizzo di posta elettronica in cui si indicano:

• data di ritiro e riconsegna del veicolo;

• orari di ritiro e riconsegna del veicolo;

• tipologia o cilindrata del veicolo di interesse;

• età del conducente.

In alternativa, è possibile compilare un modulo che verrà inviato direttamente al nostro ufficio prenotazioni:

La richiesta generalmente viene evasa in massima 24 ore, ma in periodi di particolare affluenza, potrebbe volerci più tempo.  

La prenotazione dovrà essere confermata con un bonifico entro le 24/48 ore dall'accettazione del preventivo: scaduto questo tempo, sarà necessario sincerarsi dell'effettiva disponibilità del veicolo al quale si è interessati in quanto il sistema renderà automaticamente disponibile l'auto online.

Per altre tipologie di pagamento, fare richiesta via mail.

Il numero di prenotazione verrà generato dal sistema dopo la ricezione dei seguenti documenti:

• copia contabile del bonifico di prenotazione;
• scansione della patente di guida nazionale;
• scansione del permesso di guida internazionale (per i clienti provenineti da un Stato extra UE ad esclusione di Svizzera e Regno Unito);
• compilazione del prospetto di repilogo da noi fornito al momento della richiesta di prenotazione
• dati di fatturazione aziendali o privati.
