In caso di guasto o di semplice richiesta da parte del Locatore, il veicolo dovrà essere riconsegnato dal Cliente presso qualsiasi agenzia o luogo indicato dal Locatore che provvederà alla sostituzione del medesimo salvo disponibilità, a insindacabile giudizio del Locatore che potrebbe non concedere il veicolo sostitutivo in caso di insolvenza, furto, incendio o sinistro grave del veicolo già noleggiato, a prescindere dai motivi che hanno determinato l'evento.

La sostituzione avverrà, di norma, con veicolo dello stesso gruppo, in caso di indisponibilità si potrà consegnare un veicolo di categoria inferiore o superiore, applicando le riduzioni e le maggiorazioni previste secondo la modalità indicata del contratto o dal tariffario. Nel caso di veicoli 7/9 posti la sostituzione potrà avvenire con un veicolo analogo oppure con due autovetture, senza alcun onore a carico del Cliente. Nel caso di un veicolo con cambio automatico, la sostituzione potrà avvenire con un altro veicolo automatico più grande o più piccolo oppure con veicoli con cambio manuale.

In the event of a breakdown or simple request by the Lessor, the vehicle must be returned by the Customer to any agency or location indicated by the Lessor who will replace it subject to availability, at the sole discretion of the Lessor who may not grant the replacement vehicle in the event of insolvency, theft, fire or serious accident of the vehicle already rented, regardless of the reasons that led to the event.

The replacement will normally take place with a vehicle of the same group, in the event of unavailability a vehicle of a lower or higher category may be delivered, applying the reductions and increases provided for according to the method indicated in the contract or in the price list. In the case of 7/9-seater vehicles, the replacement may take place with a similar vehicle or with two cars, without any charge to the Customer. In the case of a vehicle with automatic transmission, the replacement may take place with another larger or smaller automatic vehicle or with vehicles with manual transmission.
