L'AUTONOLEGGIO MUREDDU non è responsabile nei confronti del Cliente o di qualsiasi altro soggetto per i danni subiti da qualsivoglia natura inclusi il pregiudizio economico, dai medesimi subìto nelle persone o ai beni in caso di guasti, furti, incendi stradali, tumulti, incendi, terremoti, guerre o cause di forza maggiore. Gli oggetti lasciati nel veicolo si intendono abbandonati e il locatore non è tenuto a custodirli. Per qualsiasi controversia viene eletto a tutti gli effetti il Foro dove ha sede la ditta noleggiatrice.
